In this tour we propose a journey to discover the colours, smells and flavors of western Sicily.
Palermo
Vibrant city with an Arab-Norman mix, chaotic markets, baroque churches and relaxed nightlife.
Cefalù
Food tip: Pasta a taianu (a traditional baked pasta from Cefalù, very rich in spices and flavor) and anything with fresh fish
Coastal town with a medieval historic centre, Norman cathedral and the fortress overlooking the sea.
San Vito Lo Capo
Food tip: Fish couscous
Clear sandy beach and turquoise water, relaxed atmosphere and night-time walk facing the sea.
Trapani
Food tip: Busiate with Trapanese pesto (fresh pasta with tomato, almonds, garlic, and basil)
Elegant port city with historic center on the seashore, nearby salt pans and departure for the Egadi islands.
Favignana
Food tip: Red tuna from the tonnara (served raw, grilled, or as tartare)
Island of transparent waters and rocky coves;

Food tip: Genovesi ericine (a pastry filled with custard cream, typical for an afternoon coffee break)
Medieval village on top of the mountain, cobbled streets, castle and spectacular views of Trapani and the salt pans.

Fishing port with great Arab influence: kasbah of narrow streets, colorful courtyards and signs in Arabic.
Valley of the Temples - Agrigento
